FAQ’s

Are dogs allowed in the Biergarten?

Yes! We have specifically designated dog friendly tables to ensure everyone’s comfort.

PA can be weird about animals in restaurants, what are the rules?

  • Dogs only!

  • Dogs are only allowed outdoors at the specified dog friendly tables.

  • Due to PA Health Code enforcement:

    • We must serve your food on disposable wares.

    • We are not allowed to deliver your order directly to your table.

    • Your order will be placed on a designated pickup table and you will be notified to retrieve it.

  • Dogs must be contained to your table and attended by a human at all times, no free roaming.

  • Dogs may not sit on benches/laps or eat from the table top.

  • You are responsible for your dog!

    • If your dog is showing aggressive behavior or barking excessively, you will be asked to leave.

  • Do not allow your dog to relieve itself in the biergarten, please use the grassy area on the edge of the parking lot and clean up appropriately.

  • Dog bowls and water are available in the corner near the entrance. Keep your pup hydrated!

How do I get into your parking lot?

Our parking lot entrance is on Eden Rd. If approaching on New Holland Pike, turn West onto Eden and enter the lot at the first opening.

Please do not park in the Auto Garage lot on New Holland Pike.

Where is your Main Entrance?

Our Main Entrance in the ‘rear’ of the building, and is easily accessed from our parking lot, but sometimes people don’t park in far enough in to notice it. Just keep walking into the lot, it’s there we promise.

Please do not attempt to enter the building via the ‘front’ metal escape stairs along New Holland Pike. It is a busy road with a lot of large truck traffic. It is not a good place to walk and should only be used to exit the building during an emergency.

Do you take Reservations?

We only accept reservations for large parties, and only on a case by case basis.

Our goal is to maintain a walk-in, open-seating concept, so we will limit the total number of reserved seats on any given night, even if your party meets the ‘large party’ threshold.

OK, how many is a large party?

We’re new, and still trying to figure out the best answer to that. Definitely 10 or more though.

The best thing to do is reach out via email.

What about Events?

We love parties! Our team has extensive event experience, and with enough lead time, we can make just about anything happen.

Is there a private room?

No, you can utilize either a reserved portion of the dining area, or ball out and rent the whole place.

Are packages and pricing available?

Not yet, but we are happy to provide a custom quote for your consideration. Just send us an email.

I can’t find your phone number anywhere!

Ok, so that’s not a question, but yeah, you won’t. BierHall does not maintain a phone line.

How am I supposed to check if you’re open?

We keep our hours, including holiday closures and adjustments up to date on our Google Maps listing.

We also post any expected or unexpected changes on our social media channels the day of or shortly before.

What about takeout orders?

You’ll have to place them at the bar, don’t worry, you can have a beer while you wait!

But I need answers now!

See below.

Does anyone actually read my email?

Yes! We are a small family business, so it goes straight to the top.

Jim and/or Chris read every email the arrives in the info@bierhallbrewing.com inbox.

We do our best to respond in a timely fashion, or forward it to the team member who can best assist.
