Shipping

BierHall Brewing ships all products from their pre-operational location in Lancaster, PA. All products will be shipped in a timely and safe manner based on the purchaser's chosen method. Once the product has left our facility, BierHall is not responsible for loss or damage.

Choosing the “Local Delivery Lancaster County Only” option with a shipping address outside of Lancaster County will result in order cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days with no guarantee of replacement. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please send an email to info@BierHallBrewing.com with the Subject: “Merch Return”, and we will give personalized assistance to get your item(s) returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any product improperly sold by other parties. Such other parties include, but are not limited to, sellers on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and others.

Exchanges are only available for equivalent items where a different color/size is desired. All returned items for exchange must be received and inspected prior to the new item shipping out.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
